Large room in Midwood

Very spacious house, big living room, kitchen and dining room area. We live above the landlord and her family so she is available if we need anything. We’re on a dead end block with a lot of families so, the neighborhood usually has a bunch kids playing. The area is close to the Q and B train and is about 20 minute walk to the F strain. Also a bunch of bus lines nearby.

There are 2 of us, all black women, one is a violinist and teacher and the other works in retail. We try to keep the house as clean (common areas) as possible, and incense are also lit probably 95% of them time. friendly. We are all mostly introverts, but also friendly. No pets please. Rent is $1000 utilities are about 85 a month. Must have job history/be employed and 650 credit score. Also looking for roommates that take seriously COVID.
