About the space: large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Shared living room, kitchen, and balcony. Lots of common closet and kitchen storage space. Amenities include elevator, doorman, laundry in building, central heating/cooling, parking garage (no spaces available right now, must waitlist). All utilities (electric, gas, internet) are not included in monthly rent, they are separate costs. 2 blocks from subway, nearby lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops.

About me: I will be staying in this apartment in the 2nd bedroom. I'm an architect working mostly remote, but part time in office. I do runs in the early morning and enjoy reading, cooking, and writing at home. I prefer a quiet household, but sometimes host friends or small gatherings. I occasionally travel. Strictly no smoking, preferred in your room or outdoors. Building is pet friendly!
