The upstairs of the apartment has a full kitchen, laundry, full bathroom and living room. The apartment is on a quiet street but still steps away from the M/J train as well as plenty of bars, delis, and local restaurants.

My name is Shirley, 26, I'm a sou chef currently looking for a roommate or couple who would love to share the apartment with me. I work mixed hours and my days changes as well. I'm very quiet but, I don't mind the noise. I'm always in and out! I have a cat, his name is Tiny, he's so beautiful and very playful. He loves to roam around the apartment. I prefer Tiny to have free range of the apartment as he does now but if he starts to annoy you I can keep him in my room or we can block the entrance to the downstairs. One major thing, I love having the apartment clean. All I ask is for you to clean after yourself, take out your trash, keep the shower tidy and wash your own dishes ( no dishwasher) ect. And, always be respectful of each others things.

If you're a couple, the price will be increased to $1,650/ monthly. Each person in the couple would be responsible for $825 per month. If you are moving in as one person, the price will be as listed, $1,250/monthly. Security deposit and first month rent required. Everything goes through the landlord.
