Duplex apartment w/downstairs room for rent

The room is a decent size. It already has a full size bed inside and you can do whatever you would like to the room. The kitchen is upstairs along with 2 bedrooms with people that usually keep to themselves and are friendly. Downstairs with me where you'll be renting, is a spaceous living room area and each floor has a bathroom. There are also multiple amenities that were previously listed. There are also many more pictures of the amenities that I was not able to post. If you are interested, you can always see everything in person. We are also looking to fill the last room in order to sign a new one year lease.
