Affordable Room in East Williamsburg apartment

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at 118 Kingsland ave, available for move-in now. The rent is $750 for a small private bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment, utilities not included.

There are two existing young professional roommates who are very nice and welcoming. The apartment has a furnished living room and a shared bathroom with a male roommate. The shared living space is well-maintained and we have a habit of keeping it clean.

Amenities include high-speed internet, street-side parking, in-unit air conditioning/heating, a spacious patio/outdoor area and free Portuguese and Polish lessons from your amazing roommates.

Prospective tenants must pass income verification and credit check.
