The room has a private ensuite half bathroom and plenty of space for storing your belongings. There’s a washer and dryer in the building (basement). Laundry use and utilities are included in the rental fee.
The room is available from February 1, 2023 to March 1 2023 (minimum of 1 month, with 2 month option). The fee is $1500 for the month, utilities included plus a $350 deposit fee to stay. The deposit fee will be retuned upon vacancy. Will be showing this weekend .
The apartment is located off the following train lines: G train to Classon Avenue, C train to Franklin Avenue and A/C trains to Nostrand Avenue.
I am a woman in my 30’s working as a fitness professional. I enjoying cooking, reading and just laying low when I’m home. I don’t mind engaging in a good conversation every now and then but I also enjoy personal quiet time at home.
Im looking for someone who is responsible, considerate and respectful of sharing a common space, clean and has good vibes for the most part.
