Building is new and clean, with laundry in the basement, an elevator, and a bike storage. There's a blink fitness, delis, Walgreens, and a grocery store within walking distance (5 mins). Apartment is a 3 bedroom with a kitchen, dishwasher, and amazing shower!! You'd only have 1 roommate (who is in her mid 20s and works throughout the week. She's amazing, very clean, and easy going), so the 3rd bedroom could be used as storage, closet space, or an office if you wanted. Each room has its own AC/heat unit installed. We have roof access, which is amazing for summer and hosting friends. Looking for someone who is also clean and down to earth.
