Nice, fully renovated few years ago, and very quiet 3br apartment in Prospect Heights. 4 min to Eastern Parkway Subway, 10 min walk to Prospect Park. Safe neighborhood, all that you need is around.
My current roommates are moving out in December (figuring out exact date, potentially would be possible to move your things before holidays); I am looking for 2 nice people to renew lease with.
