Large room for rent

my room mate and I are looking for someone to rent out the spare bed room. there’s plenty of space to fit a bed, a coffee table, a dresser and possibly a comfy chair. there’s a space on the wall that you can put an AC unit in if you’d like. you’d have to share a bathroom that’s in the hallway but also share the kitchen. you’d have your own cabinets and space in the refrigerator. laundry is right around the corner along with stores for anything you need. if interested or would like more information, please message me so we can talk more! looking forward to hearing from you :)
