Williamsburg Sublet- Private Room in a 2br - June

I can am looking for someone to take over remainder of my lease June 1st-July 31st in a prime Williamsburg apartment, with the option to renew at the end of the lease. Bedroom will be unfurnished but comes with an AC. Tenant will be responsible for utilities (gas, internet, electricity approx $100 per month)

Bedroom is a great size for the area, approx 11x11 with 2 massive closets and plenty of room for a desk and dresser. Apartment is shared with 1 other roommate, who works 8-8 in office every day, and plans to renew the lease for another year. 1st and security are required to move in. Please have good credit, as the landlord will require a background check in order to approve the sublet.

Landlord is truly awesome and really takes care of their properties. Living room & kitchen are massive, bedrooms are large and of equal size, W&D in basement and has great closest space.
