You will be living with my 17-year old tennis-playing son who is going into his senior year of high school and me, a senior business analyst/human centered-design facilitator in a small consulting firm.

You will be near (a few blocks) to Prospect Park and a variety of up-scale, down-scale and ethnic restaurants that currently are seating both inside and outside.

You will be near the F, G, N, and R trains which can bring you to downtown or midtown Manhattan in 25 to 40 minutes. 15 minutes to downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, and DUMBO. 2 buses run down 7th avenue toward Grand Army Plaza which will get you close to the Brooklyn Central Library, Brooklyn Museum of Art, and Botanical Gardens.
