About the apartment: 4 BD 4 BATH (1 of the bedrooms will be locked up and used as storage so 3 people will be living there total)
Rooftop & courtyard access, 4 floor walkup
Two blocks from the D and R trains (Union St stop), and 10 min walk to the F and G trains (Carroll Street station)
Bedrooms are furnished with desk and bed, quite spacious, and each has access to a balcony.
Rent: $1650/month + utilities and wifi
About us: students at NYU and the New School who also work. Both really friendly and respectful and super into music :) HIGH emphasis placed on social justice and community organizing so we like to live accordingly. Excited to co-live with another cool person who’s friendly and values communication!
