Furnished Private Basement Unit (all inclusive)

This is a basement unit (kind of like 2 bedroom apartment) with our own private entrance at the back of the 2 stored building. I live in 1 bedroom, and you will be in the another bedroom which is shown in the photos. No A/C! Yes Heater!

The rent maybe reduced depending on who you are such as full-time student, etc...

You must be/have
- non smoker
- no weed
- no pets
- not cook
- not make loud noises especially at night
- very very hygienic

You need to pay ($700 1st month rent + $700 security deposit) when you move in. 30 days written notice required to move out. I will reply within 24 hours. If you don't get a response, that means the apartment is no longer available. There is no (rent contract, credit check) but may require background check.

I am a professional IT Technician and have an ESA 8 months old very quiet and friendly Shihpoo (hypoallergenic breed) puppy who only stays in my room and never in common area. In short, you must not hate dogs.
