We are 2 women who work during the day (I'm a teacher, she's in sales) and have been living in the apartment for over 7 years. The room is spacious and can fit a queen/full , dresser and other furniture! The apartment is close to the R and a 10 minute walk to Barclays/Atlantic. Very close to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, gyms, everything! Laundry is free and in the building! We really love this apartment and neighborhood and hope to find someone who also enjoys it!
We are friendly and don't judge who you date. We just ask for someone who can clean up after themselves and is a professional. We also prefer a woman roommate. We will be showing the room during the weekday evenings so please respond and we can set up a time!
