Bright and airy room for rent in a flex space ,convenient location in Brooklyn, close to trains and Prospect Park. This is a new building, with washer/dryer in unit, small gym and rooftop lounge. Preferably female or female identifying applicants to share space with easy going 20yo female, early graduate in Interactive Media arts.

1650/month if leasing at least 3-6 months. Will consider short term leasing for $1850. Room is currently unfurnished with exception of a futon.
