Hello !
My name is jazz and I’m advertising this room in my replacement. I have lived in this first floor small walk up for three years but its time to explore other parts of brooklyn for school ! This building is predominantly Caribbean so you will occasionally hear dancehall playing outside and the smell of jerk chicken. This neighborhood has a variety of places to eat such as fast food, Jamaican and Hispanic cuisine. There Is a target and 2 other supermarkets nearby, at least 3 laundromats and pharmacies for your convenience. The Q and B train are a 10 minute walk as you pass by multiple churches. Hence the train stop name “ Church ave”. The downfalls if any while living here is that you do share the apartment with 4 others. If you’re are interested, you will need to first complete an interview with me, complete an application to the building for a medium credit check and if accepted, a room deposit of 1,640 will be required.
