renting out one of the 3 rooms in my apartment. it’s a 3 bed 3 bath

5 min walk to 2/5 subways. washer + dryer in unit

ideal roommate:
-someone older; late 20’s and up
-clean, tidy, and respectful!!!
-keeps to yourself mostly
-vegetarian or vegan (not required, but highly preferred)


about me:
-working professional with hybrid schedule (will need house to be quiet when working from home)
-caring and thoughtful
-vegetarian of 8 years
-very clean
- respectful

about other roommate:
- working professional
- vegan
- has a cat (stays in her bedroom most of the time)
- in her 30’s
- introverted but very friendly

i am an lgbtq+ ally!!
i am four twent friendly, but prefer you do it in your room or outside
