Conveniently situated right across the street from Prospect Park on Prospect Park West, our apartment offers you the best of both worlds: a serene natural oasis just steps away and easy access to the vibrant city life with the F and G trains across the street.
With an enormous fully furnished living room and dining room, you’ll have plenty of room to relax and entertain. The available rooms, measuring 10’x10’ with a closet are going for $1,050 each.
Enjoy the view of lower Manhattan skyline from our rooftop, where we frequently indulge in BBQs during the Spring and Summer months. On special occasions, we even transform the rooftop into our personal movie theater with our living room projector.
Currently, one architect, one jazz musician, bringing a unique blend of creativity and friendliness to our household. We love to cook and use the kitchen often. Maintaining a clean and pleasant living environment is essential to us, creating a space where everyone feels at ease. We value cultivating positive and amicable relationships, fostering a sense of camaraderie, rather than treating it solely as a business arrangement. We’re very easy-going and get along with most people.
Responsible roommate qualities are of utmost importance. Consistently paying bills on time, respecting each other’s belongings, and being mindful of noise levels are crucial aspects we appreciate. We’re welcoming towards guests and pets.
