Located 2 blocks from brooklyn bridge park and a short walk from the Barclays center. Laundromat close by, lots of good eats, easy to get to Manhattan. I am unable to sublet to couples per the landlord. I've lived here for over 3 years now and love the neighborhood. Looking for an immediate sublet, long term preferred as the lease ends in June.
