In the Brooklyn Heights area. Flexible for start date, 8/5 thru 8/27. A nicely furnished private room. (120sf) Sunny, with a view. Building has an elevator and laundry facilities. All utilities included plus a/c and Wi-Fi. Shops and subways are all in the area. I would like to share ideally with a female, approximately between 23 to 35. I am friendly, clean and neat, trustworthy, respectful, and considerate of another's space. I would hope my new roommate would share all these qualities. I like films, TV/Roku, reading and good conversation if welcomed. I usually keep to myself and am quiet.
