Downtown BK

The apartment is a 2 bedroom on the 18th floor with two balconies (one off the Living-room) and the other off the bed room. The room has a built-in closet and pleanty of space. The unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher and central AC that we can control. All appliances are new and the electrinity is normally 80$ a month per person. The building has a doorman, rooftop with grills/ seating area, a game room, a bike room (free to use),a terrace on the 3rd floor, and a full gym. The building is across the street from a Target, Trader Joe's, an Alamo movie theater, and a food market. Lastly, most major train lines are a block or two away as we are in Downtown Brooklyn - (R, Q, D are at dekalb stop, 2,3 are at Hoyt ) and (4,5(Nevins),A, C (Jay Street)). The other person living in the apartment is a second year female law student. Mostly quiet, and plays video games. I don't mind social events, but i am looking for someone that is considerate and respectful.
