Huge Apartment in perfect location

We are getting a lot of responses so please include a description of yourself. I need to have the housing situation figured out in the next 3 days.

This is a 3BR with a very large living room in the best neighborhood in Brooklyn, surrounded by parks and restaurants. You are directly on the 4,5 / 2,3 / A, C / F and very close to the R/G/B so basically the most convenient place in New York. The photos don't do it justice, but I'll send you the video I took of the place.

Brand new kitchen with washing machine and full-size fridge. Huge, huge living room. Marble bathrooms with bath and shower - one in the master bedroom and one split between the other rooms. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher in the unit. This place is so big it has 3 entrances. It also has lots of windows.

All the rooms can fit a queen (or king bed). The rooms are different sizes, but the smallest is $1400, $1500 (medium) and $1650 for the master. The master is like 350 square feet plus a walk-in closet plus a bathroom. I'm ok with couples, but they should probably take the master bedroom, and I'd like them to pay a $100 premium because it changes things some.

I'm 31, male and I run a six-person software startup that makes software for autism treatment and autism education. I'm pretty social, I play a lot of sports. l also like board games and going out.

I've had a great experience with both female and male craigslist roommates - a couple of them are amongst my best friends. My roommate moved in their significant other, so I am looking for someone who is at least somewhat social, fun and interesting, but respectful. My idea of respectful is basically cleaning up after oneself in the common area and not leaving dishes in the sink ;-)
