The situation: Basically I moved to NYC for a new job in March, but with the shut down, working from home, etc., I left in May, and it just does not make sense to return. So ideally I'm looking for someone to take over my lease through the end of March, but I'd also be open to a long term sublet. My current roommate is the sweetest person and super chill. She works a hectic schedule, so if you are working from home, you'd have the place to yourself a lot.
I'd prefer to leave my furniture, so ideal for someone looking for a furnished room. Available furniture is a bed/mattress (literally used for one month), side tables, and a desk. Living room is furnished as well. I don't have a lot of photos right now of my room as I'm not there and didn't take any before I left, but I can certainly get some if people are interested. I also have a video I could send.
