I am moving country and am renting my room in this spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath penthouse apartment with a PRIVATE ROOF. The apartment has an amazing view of downtown Manhattan and is in a modern high rise - this is by far the best apartment I have lived in NYC!
Your bedroom can fit a king size bed, has a massive window, and large closet. The room can come furnished with a bed if required.
We have washer dryer on the floor and a door man to the building. The living room and PRIVATE ROOF are fully furnished.
The neighbourhood is lovely with lots of bars, shops and restaurants and Brooklyn Bridge Park/ Dumbo are just a short walk away. It’s well connected to the city with the 2, 3, 4, 5, F, A and C trains less than a 5 min walk away.
You would be living with a male in his late twenties. He is a software engineer and also a great cocktail creator! I met him on this app 2.5 years ago and we have lived together ever since!
I’m so sad to have to leave this amazing apartment and roommate. It’s been so great during covid as well with so much space and great walks nearby. Please message if interested. Price could be negotiable for short term rentals
