Looking for a clean, quiet roommate male or female interested in renting the other bedroom in my apartment. No pets, no couples.

The room comes with a huge window and a gorgeous view of the Manhattan city skyline, as well as a closet with more than enough space to both hang items and store them away with two convenient top shelves. A coat/shoe hanger is also included in the closet. The room is unfurnished and has tons of space to fit a twin or a full bed, a small dresser, and a desk. Twin bed pictured is available for use if desired. The room gets excellent natural light and fresh air, and is tucked away from noisy roads and busy streets. The walls are also thick, making the room very peaceful and quiet.

The apartment is a spacious, 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The kitchen has a four burner gas stove, an oven, a decent size fridge, and endless storage space. The bathroom has a nice large bathtub, a generous sink and vanity, and is always well ventilated and sun-drenched thanks to two lovely windows.

10 minute walk to Borough Hall 2,3, 4,5,6, and the R train. Less than 5 minute walk to the Brooklyn Pier. Surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, parks, in a peaceful and vibrant neighborhood.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and responsible. I need someone who can clean up after themselves in the kitchen/bathroom and help keep the living space clean and neat. I like to burn sage to keep the space clean and make the space homely with fresh flowers, so I would prefer someone who also enjoys a healthy and down to earth lifestyle.
