Roommate Wanted - Bushwick

Hi All!

We are two professional females, mid twenties (real estate) and early thirties (lawyer), looking for a roommate to sublet a third bedroom in our spacious two-story apartment on Starr St. in Bushwick.

- Apt is 3 Bedroom, 1. 5 Bath (1500 sq. feet)
- Huge beautiful PRIVATE backyard
- All brand new awesome renovations, high ceilings, modern lighting
- Hardwood floors, exposed brick, beautiful, modern eat-in kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops
- No pets, as we have an awesome dog (11 yr. old, friendly Jack Russell terrier named Floyd)
- Steps to Wyckoff Starr Northeast Kingdom, 2 blocks from Jefferson L, close to Central Ave. M, steps to Maria Hernandez Park, 1 block from the Associated Grocery on the corner of the Park
- Heat and Hot Water included
- TONS of storage space, large closets in all rooms
- The (unfurnished) bedroom is very spacious, large enough for a king-size bed and large bedroom furniture

- May 1 move-in (but we may be a bit flexible for the right person)

We are looking for someone who is very laid-back, respectful, clean, responsible, has their act together, and enjoys living with pets (e. g. if you aren't willing to provide a couple months of post-dated rent checks up front (per landlord's request) and don't like dogs, please don't reply).
