The apartment has a very large kitchen and living room as well as spare room.
The room can be part furnished as the girl currently living here may leave some items.
The apartment is about a 6 minute walk to Dekalb station on the L and about 10 minute walk to Jefferson Station. Also short walk to Mrytle-Wycoff on the M & L. Laundry is 1 block away.
You would be living with 2 girls, late 20's & 30 working in design and studying.
We are looking for a lovely person, clean and respectful to share a great space with - it is really big.
Some of the furniture is staying but we are looking to get a new kitchen table and sofa.
I would be able to show the apartment this weekend.
