Large, sunny bedroom + private bath in Bushwick

We're looking for a roommate to share our 3 bedroom in Bushwick starting June 1st.

*the room is actually sunny, we're not just saying that!
*short-term or long-term is a-okay
*no pets
*holding 2 OPEN HOUSES:
Tuesday the 26th from 6-9pm, and Wednesday the 27th from 7-10pm. Come meet us!

*$1200/month + utilities (about $60/month). To move in, first month's rent + security deposit ($725) = $1450

The location: On the fringe of hipster haven Bushwick - 1 block away from the Myrtle-Broadway JMZ train (15 min walk to the Morgan L), residential street with lovely trees, very close to the best grocery store on the planet (Mr. Kiwi's), Norberts Pizza, a few delis, Dunkin', a pharmacy, laundromat and tons of bars, cafes, and restaurants. Safe area, nice neighbors.

The apartment: Large living room and kitchen, fully furnished and with lots of cooking supplies. Large closets in kitchen and living room for additional storage.

The bedroom: Unfurnished, spacious bedroom, big closet, window which faces the back of the apartment so it's nice and quiet. And your own private bathroom with full bath. We're open to a couple sharing the room, so don't be shy!

Us: We're two 20-something ladies, working 9-5 in Manhattan, and playing rugby most weekends which means you'll have the place to yourself a lot. We are low-key, clean, and (mostly) friendly. We like beer drinking, cooking, and shooting the shit.

You: should be low key, clean-ish (ie do your dishes in a reasonable time frame), respectful of other people's space, and be able to pay the rent on time. It'd be great if you were employed and liked to get out of the house on the reg. No pets please.
