$850 room immediately available in Bushwick loft

One bedroom available immediately in our three-bedroom, one-bathroom lofted apartment.

Your bedroom would be on the second floor of our loft, overlooking our huge living room. There's a half wall on the room, which lets in some light while still affording you plenty of privacy. If you'd like, setting up a curtain or screen would be no problem. The room can come furnished with the items in the photos (almost brand new mattress, shelves) or unfurnished if you prefer.

The apartment itself is on the first floor of our building and right around the corner from the laundry room. We're a couple of blocks away from the L train (about 20 minutes to get to Union Square at rush hour), with the M and J also within walking distance. New bars and restaurants are popping up in the neighborhood and Ridgewood, which is literally steps away. Enjoy roof access for a great view and some events in the summer.

You would be sharing the apartment with a gay couple, a single woman, and a chubby cat named Captain America/Steve. We're all in our twenties and keep different working hours, so we try to keep the apartment a pretty chill place and chat with each other when our paths cross. LBGTQ+ friendly.

Rent is $850, plus a $850 security deposit when you move in. We'll be splitting the utilities evenly. Our lease runs to the end of October, so we're hoping to find someone who will stay until then with the possibility of staying longer.
