Duplex Room Available in Bushwick Loft

Large, Quiet, Clean & Sunny Loft in Bushwick. The space is about 1,300 Sq Ft with 15 ft ceiling and an abundance of natural light. My roommate is buying her own apartment and is sadly moving out. We have lived together for over two years. You will be living with one other person, myself. I'm a creative professional working as a Set Designer in the Entertainment and Advertising industry. The apartment is furnished and has tons of character. Utilities are usually around $100 per month, this includes high speed internet, heat/ air conditioning & electric.

The room is a duplex with two floors. We currently have it set up where our office/ closet is on the bottom floor and top floor is for sleeping, but, hey, you can design it whatever way suits you best. There are stairs already built in that go to the upper level. Both floors are equal in size. You can fit a queen size bed and furniture on the top floor. Everything is up to code.

The vibe of the apt is super relaxed. Sometimes I work from home during the day, other times am working crazy hours on set. My schedule really varies from week to week. That being said the space is usually quiet during the day. I'm usually hanging out in the common space or cooking in the kitchen.

The building has two entrances and a great rooftop, the apartment is located on the top floor so it's very quiet. There is a freight elevator that is operational from 9:00AM-3:30PM Monday- Friday. All in all the building is very safe. There is no laundry in the building but there is a cheap laundry a block away.

Tons of bars, restaurants, studios and galleries nearby. Roberta's, Momo Sushi. Gyms yoga studios etc within walking distance.
