Private bedroom in 2br bushwick apartment

Small private bedroom available for rent. Rent is 800 per month and utilities(w/ wifi) is about 70 dollars per month on average. Rent is split three ways.

The current tenants are a couple living together. We are clean, quiet, and friendly. We do not smoke, but are friendly. Generally do not have people over, and work 9-5 every day. Apartment is already furnished, excluding the vacant room. We have three cats, so you must be okay living with pets (they stay in our room or the common area). The apartment is located right off the L line and has a nearby grocery store, pharmacy, hospital, and several restaurants. Laundry in basement.

We are looking for someone that can show proof of income of at least 25k. We also want you to be clean and quiet( this is relative, we don't mind if you're playing music in the common area as long as it's not super loud and at 3 am).

Can/will provide pictures of apartment/room when needed.
