You can call it East Williamsburg or Bushwick but basically this apartment is located right off several trains. This great location is right off the J, M, G and L trains. Which would make the imminent L train construction no problem!

I love this apartment. It is a one floor walk up located on a main residential and commercial street so going grocery shopping or dropping off laundry is easy and close. The place has 3 bedrooms and right now two are empty. Both available rooms have skylights allowing for tons of beautiful summer sun. Even though the apartment is on a main street, we're in the back of the building so the street noise stays on the street. The apartment also has air conditioning making this summer so much more enjoyable! (We also control our own heating units but that's not for another few months!)

Both bedrooms are a bit larger than 11x9' easily providing enough space for a queen sized bed, dresser and desk. Each also has a built-in closet. There is one bathroom to share and it does have a tub!

Utilities are generally under $80 each per month!
