I have a furnished bedroom available in my 3 bedrooms apartment located in Bushwick. The room is provided with 1 large sunny window and its own mini-split AC/heater. The kitchen is open to the living room area.

The area is quiet and safe, in addition to having several transportation options around that are very convenient, especially if you work in the city.

My wife and I live in the basement downstairs. So you and my other roommate (woman), will live upstairs. My roommate has a dog that spends all-time in its room.

We are looking for a social, quiet, and cool roommate which we could get along easily and help us to keep common areas clean all the time.

All the utilities included. No couples. No leasing contract needed. The first month and a deposit are required to move in.

There is a laundry machine in the building.
