Seeking considerate roommate

I am looking to rent a bedroom in my home.

This is my home and I would like someone who is considerate of such

There is a gentleman in his 40s that rents space there but he spends all his time at his girlfriends and I may see him once a month.

For nyc our apt is spacious. Shared living room bathroom and kitchen.

Big fridge and stove and fully stocked kitchen and ample place to keep your stuff

Your room shares a wall with the kitchen. My room is all the way on the other side of the house. A queeen bed and a few pieces of furniture comfortably fits.

We are 1.5 blocks from the J train Halsey stop. There are new restaurants popping up every month in the neighborhood

We live on the top floor of a third floor building and most of the surrounding buildings are only two floors so we have a great breeze and relative quietness
