Brand new apartment. 2 bedrooms available within a 4 bedroom / 2 full bathroom in a new building. We are on the 3rd floor walkup. Amazing light from the huge skylight in the living room.

Has lock and key, around the corner from the J subway station (Halsey St stop). Commute to downtown Manhattan in just 20 minutes. Shared use of our stainless steel kitchen and living room. We're looking for chill people that are respectful and clean up after themselves. Rent includes all utilities including wifi internet, heat/AC, electricity, and paper goods like toilet paper and paper towels. Laundry access (app operated), brand new bed and queen mattress, lots of closet space with shelves, and a lamp. We have central air and heat so it's always comfortable. The entire apartment has been recently renovated with brand new construction, imported tiling in the bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

Your roommates are a colorful mix of young professionals and students working in the city. All polite and clean people, so we ask the same of you :)

Couples add 150 to monthly rent. Security deposit 1000 required which will be returned at the end of your stay given there's no damage and giving of 30 days notice if you're leaving. We require proof of income/employment.

Common areas like the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned by a cleaner who comes once a week, included in your rent. However we still have house rules of cleaning up after yourself, especially in our shared spaces. You will have access and use of the kitchen, living room, and use of the 2 full bathrooms within this apartment.
