Queen Room in 2-Bed on Bushwick/Bed-Study Border

Room available in 2 bed/1 bath apt. Lease from November 1st to May 31st, 2019, with the option to extend (My roommate is planning on staying!)

I'm leaving the state for a job opportunity, and I'm looking to fill my room. With a great kitchen, this is an awesome apartment for anyone who likes to cook or bake. Large living space with plenty of counter and storage space. Cozy living room overlooking the park, queen-sized bedroom and clean, modern bathroom. The large majority of the common area furniture will be staying, but my roommate's not attached to much (so if you have a sofa, different table idea, etc, you can discuss!)

I will also be taking my two rabbits with me, so there won't be any pets here after Nov. 1. This apartment more than open to welcoming your pet into the apartment!

Who You'll be Living With:
Bryce, my current roommate, says "I'm a 27 year-old gay guy, originally from the Midwest. I spend a lot of time at my job as a high school history teacher, so I like to spend my time at home relaxing by watching movies or reading, but I also like to visit museums and see the NY Philharmonic. I'm introverted, so I'm usually pretty quiet and like to keep mostly to myself, but I do enjoy hanging out with others in low-key, group settings."

About the Neighborhood:
Located on Bed-Stuy/Bushwick border, this apartment is only an 8-minute walk to the J/Z express train. The neighborhood is well-lit, and family-oriented - I've never felt unsafe. A couple blocks over is a large number of awesome restaurants. The Wilky, a cozy beer bar, is also located 1.5 blocks away from the apartment
