We're looking for a long term rental, to finish the lease (11 months remaining from Dec 1st) with option to renew.
The current roommates:
A software engineer/designer and a chef (both male), living on the first floor (same floor as the available room). A couple lives in the basement. One's a scientist and the other a designer. We're all in our late 20s early 30s.
We're looking for a clean, respectful professional. Due to pet allergies, we can't accept any pets. No smokers.
