Spacious Room for Rent with Private Bath

Hello! We are looking for a roommate to occupy one of the bedrooms starting ASAP.

*THE SPACE*

This is a spacious and newly renovated apartment and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a half bath for guests in the common space.

There are two floors:

The first floor consists of the common space (living room, kitchen, guest half bath) and two bedrooms. There is a huge island in the kitchen for your cooking. You will have an assigned space in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. The space feels open with 11' ceilings.

The second floor has a shared WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT.

*THE BEDROOM*

One room is big enough to fit a queen, and another a king-sized bed with space to spare. There is a closet. The bathroom includes a toilet, bathtub, shower, cabinet space, and sink.

Please note the room will be unfurnished and cleaned prior to your move-in.

*THE ROOMMATES*

The current roommates are all working professionals. Our professions include fashion, finance, and tech. We are considerate roommates and are looking for our new roommate to be considerate as well. Most of us keep to ourselves but we're all friendly and sometimes like to hang out in the living room. Quiet time during weekdays is 11:00PM. You are welcome to bring guests but please note we are not a party house so we'd prefer not to have randoms at home.

*THE LOCATION*

We are a convenient 5 minute walk to the J/M/Z train (Myrtle-Broadway stop) and a 15 minute walk to the L train (Morgan Avenue stop). It takes on average 25 minutes to get to LES in the city. There are many bars, restaurants, and bodegas nearby. We also have a huge grocery store 5 minutes away (next to the J/M/Z train).

*UTILITIES*

Utilities include internet (Optimum), water/gas (National Grid), and electricity (ConEd). Costs average to a total of $50.00/month per person.
