Large Bedroom in Apt with Balcony

The room is 11.8 x 10.10 including closet space and fits a queen bed, a desk, and two night stands. Hardwood floors. Room has two windows facing the backyard, which is North West-facing. I'm looking for a roommate who is tidy, considerate, responsible and chill. With current roommate, we also hire a cleaning lady to come twice a month. No smoking. The apartment has a balcony, accessed from the living room. And the apartment building features an outdoor area for parties/gatherings/BBQs.
