The apartment is newly renovated and the room has direct access to a huuuge backyard. Kitchen and full bath shared with a couple occupying the basement room who rarely go upstairs. The bedroom itself is unfurnished but the common areas are furnished. Utilities split between the tenants.
The location is excellent! It is (literally!) steps away from the M train (Knickerbocker) and a few blocks from the JZ train (Myrtle-Broadway) and L train (Dekalb). Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, parks, basketball courts and laundromats are also steps away. Laundry, dryer and gym are also available in the building so this is a huge plus!
No pets. 12 month lease. Credit check and a non-refundable application fee of $50 required by management. First month and security required before moving in.
