Rent: $800 a month plus utilities. (Period of July 1st 2019 - May 31st 2020 with possibility of extending)

* Shared bathroom with 2 friendly and clean girls :) - we all have different work schedules so the usage of the bathroom hasn't been a hassle so far!

* Access to shared backyard, the backyard is private and only accessible to tenants on the 1st FL (which is us)

Location Info:
* 8 Minutes distance to J or L train Halsey stop

* 45 minute average travel time to Midtown Manhattan

* In between 2 Laundromats which is walking distance.

*Supermarket, Rite Aid, Dunkin Donuts, Popeyes,
Spanish Food, Dollar/Discount Stores, Fresh Supermarket for oriental goods are all in 8 minute walking distance near the J train at Halsey.

Candidate Requirements:
