Hi! We have an extra room available in the apartment and we would like to find a perfect roommate for it.
The building features amenities like a rooftop with grills, dog park and mini-golf; a number of huge lounges and conference rooms, 7 large gyms and boxing space; brewery and wine storage; indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, movie theater, bowling and so much more. Apart from that, the apartment features an in-unit washer and dryer, in-ceiling speakers, and central AC system. And pets are welcome!
There is a J/M train nearby on Myrtle Broadway and an L train within a short walk. The neighborhood is Bushwick with lots of bars, coffee shops and a famous club "House of Yes". We're a couple, getting an undergraduate degree and working part time.

The room will be furnished. The length of stay is flexible, but we prefer somebody long-term.
