Sunny Front Room In Large Apartment

Furnished room optional. I?m moving across the country so I can make a deal to leave the bed, dresser and mirror in the room so you can settle right in. If you want to bring your own furniture that?s fine too. The room is on its own side of the apartment away from the other rooms. It?s about 10?x12? plus closet.

The apartment is really big with comfortable shared open kitchen and large living room. Modern appliances and a nice bathroom (shared). There?s also a big back yard that all 3 units in the building share equally.

My roommate who will be staying works in film so he?s out of the apartment a lot. Nice guy, very mellow. I can go days without seeing him pretty regularly.

There is also a very large back room coming available August 11th @ $1,300. It?s a good space for couples as it?s 15?x17? plus closet.
