1 BR in a 3 BR/1.5 bath with awesome backyard!

One BR (full-size bed included) is available in a 3 BR/1.5 bath apt in Bushwick near the Morgan L and Myrtle-Broadway JMZ stops. Big beautiful backyard that we have BBQs, parties, and movie screenings in when the weather is nice. I'm only home half the week (the rest I'm in Jersey, where I work and have another place), so it's like having only 1.5 roommates! We have a nice big kitchen and living room area too. Location is amazing, near all kinds of restaurants and bars and stores. Laundromat literally next door, grocery store a few blocks away, 8-ish minutes walking to either the L or the JMZ. I'm bi, other roommate is straight but extremely LGBTQ-friendly, we're both musicians and locals to the NYC area. We like to party but not crazy, during the work week we're super chill. Come check us out! Rent is $1100/month, one month security to move in, utilities vary each month but probably around $100.
