Great rooftop view of the Manhattan skyline and near several cool bars and restaurants (i. e. Robertas, House of Yes, Three Diamond Door, 101 Wilson) in a great, up-and-coming part of Brooklyn. Two minute walk away from Maria Hernandez Park.

Current roommates are 2 working professional males in their mid-20's. Both are very personable and laid-back, and work a lot during the week.

Just first month & deposit to move in. Open to both long-term and short-term stays, but preferably looking for someone to stay a while and sign a 10-month lease.
