7 Month Lease in Bushwick

We are three roommates looking for a fourth. We have a 7 month lease that starts September 1st (you will sign with us as a group), with a chance to extend. We are two guys (one Phd student, the other works in the bar and music industry), and a female (a graphic designer) who get along really well. Though I will show you the place and be able to answer any questions, you will have to pass the landlords proof of income/sign his lease contract. 8 minute walk to Gates ave Station on the J/Z, 15 minute walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff on the L. Laundry and a Gym are very close by. Internet/gas/electricity run about an additional $50-70 a month.
