Rooftop access and a cute fire escape. No pets as one of the roommates is allergic. Smoking is fine (smoke cigarettes on the fire escape tho). Not a party building.

Quiet neighborhood, the L train (Jefferson stop) is a block and a half away, very helpful if running late to things! Utilities come to be about $50 - $80 in total. Wifi still needs to be set up but as for now there is a optimum hot spot.

Room being shown is actually incorrect, the room being rented is the biggest one in the apartment and is nicely lit, and spacious. Just did not have the photos for it yet as we are in the process of cleaning and cleansing it.
