Spacious Private Room in 3 Bdrm Bushwick Apartment

Our roommate is moving out of NYC and we are looking for someone to take his room. The room includes it's own bathroom, balcony facing backyard, and spacious walk in closet. The room comfortably fits a full/queen sized mattress.

The apartment is on a tree lined street off of the Halsey J (5 minute walk to the J about 15 to the Wilson or Halsey L).

Myself and other roommate have been living here for three years. Common space is open floor plan and has lofted ceilings. Kitchen includes dishwasher as well as washer/dryer. We are on the third floor of a 3 unit apartment building. Neighbors are very friendly. Common area is fully furnished with couch and dining table (photos are from old street easy posting)

Roommates are one male and one female who are tidy and easy going. Occasionally have friends over for drinks or dinners but are always considerate.
