Looking for 1 roommate, preferably female for this room in my 2 BR apartment. The building is a renovated building in bushwick off of Jefferson street! Rent is $1150 a month, but it will be 1month and security to move in! The room fits a full size bed and dresser, has a private closet and has large windows for lots of sunlight.

Cleanliness, respecting each others belongings, someone who values honesty and open communication / collaboration. I don?t mind 1 or 2 friends over but prefer if you didn?t bring the party home.
