THE ROOM is furnished (but CAN be unfurnished!) with a comfy queen bed, an elegant wooden frame [with storage space below] and a dresser. It has 2 big windows which allow in lots of sunlight, and a large closet for both hanging and storage. The room is located on opposite sides of the apt from the other room, ensuring more privacy/quiet, and best of all, the room features a beautiful private en suit full BATH with a shower and extra window.

THE APT has lots of sunlight, a full living room with 2 large couches and tv, blazing fast Wifi & a modern kitchen and dining table with all the amenities you could dream of, including oven, dishwasher and brand new WASHER/DRYER in unit!

THE POTENTIAL ROOMATE should be above all else - kind and easy going... Mid 20?s-30?s, female or male. It?s important that you are respectful, clean, and down to earth, and that there is good, positive energy in the home.

Ideally your schedule is full time (not looking for someone who works from home) and have a stable salary.
You should also like to live in a clean and cozy environment that you can call home.

NO pets or couples...
Looking for someone to commit for 3-6 months with an option to extend. Jan 1st move in (Somewhat flexible though and can be as early as December 29th)
